Processing time

Every order is packed by hand with a little extra care (and usually a sticker or two of stardust). Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed before it ships. During busy periods (new releases, holidays), processing may take a little longer — we'll always let you know via the shop announcement banner if that's the case.

Shipping rates & times

• Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Orders over our free shipping threshold ship free — the cart will show your progress toward it.
• Domestic delivery: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• International delivery: typically 1–3 weeks after processing, depending on customs.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can follow its journey on our order tracking page using your order number and email — complete with Milkdrop's commentary on each step (received, packing, on its way, and arrived safely).

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or item price.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch through our contact page with your order number — we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
